Mental Health and Substance Use

The Mental Health & Substance Use working group addresses issues related to mental health care access, substance use, and harm reduction, including the criminalization and stigmatization of mental illness and drug use, and the systemic failures, injustices, and inequities that most harm those already marginalized by poverty, racism, and other forms of oppression.
